The Cocoon begins with a simple idea: what does it take to become something else? Here, that transformation is built into the architecture. Two hydraulic wings open at the press of a button, changing the way the stay meets the sky. Coloured glass brings the colours of a butterfly into the room, while a private jacuzzi sits outside beneath the open sky.
